Why Use CBD oil?
Cannabidiol, more commonly know as CBD, is a form of cannabis. CBD is abundant in the hemp plant, and is also found in the marijuana plant, along with THC.
Unlike THC, CBD will not give you a psychedelic high. CBD oil derived from the hemp plant contains less than 0.3% THC. The lack of THC makes hemp derived CBD nonpsychoactive.
Reasons to use CBD oil
Here are just a few of the benefits of taking CBD oil:
- Relieves anxious feelings
- Promotes relaxation
- Reduces stress
- Decreases inflammation
- Induces a more restful nights sleep
- Aids in digestion
- Helps support healthy blood sugar levels
- Supports the immune system
- Influence healthy energy levels
- Acts as an antioxidant
As you can see from the list above, CBD can help support an overall better quality of life.

Some people may see a greater effect when using a CBD oil containing higher amounts of THC. In that case, hemp derived CBD is not the right choice.
Now what?
I encourage anyone who is interested in using CBD to do their own research. Also, always consult your doctor before you begin the use of any new supplement, medication, etc.
