How to Spot Good Quality CBD Oil
Not all CBD oils are created equally. Unfortunately, some companies aren’t completely honest about what goes into their CBD oil, how their hemp is grown, processing methods, and so on. Do your research in the following areas to help you spot good quality CBD oil before you purchase.
GMP Certified
You want to make sure what they say is in the bottle is actually what is in the bottle. This is where a GMP (good manufacturing practices) certification comes in. This certification means the FDA is regulating the manufacturing process. A GMP certified product is more likely to be a good product.
Organically Grown
Organically grown hemp is a very important part of making good quality CBD oil. Often times, hemp is treated with pesticides or grown to remove containments from the soil. You want a good quality hemp to make a good quality CBD oil.
Third Party Testing
It’s a great idea to buy from a CBD company that not only participates in third party testing, but makes the results of that testing available to the public. The test results should cover all forms of cannabinoids, pesticides, solvents, heavy metals, and toxins. It sure is nice to know what is in your bottle of CBD oil.
Outrageous Claims
Try to avoid a company that claims to “cure” any ailments with their CBD oil, or any other outrageous claims. These companies are likely trying too hard to get your business, as well as making claims they shouldn’t be. Some companies may state they “promote,” “assist,” “aid” etc. in the treatment of certain conditions, which is a better approach.
Now What?
Now that you have some basic information to help you spot good quality CBD oil, don’t just take my word for it. Get out there and do your own research. Find the products worth using, and most importantly, enjoy. ✌️
